Freelancers don’t work as regular employees.
Freelacers usually have different payment systems which tend to remunerate them based on their performance. These payment systems include charging by the hour, day or even of a per-project basis.
Certain other more skilled freelancers and most especially consultants tend to promote the value-based pricing method where the results determine the amount paid to the freelance consultant.
Payment systems include Paypal, Western Union, Bank transfer, Escrow.com, Google money, etc.
